Create a draft job walk packet.

Contractors can use OttoScope on their own jobs before marketplace volume arrives: capture job notes, organize photos/video placeholders, record measurements, list materials/finish notes, create a scope summary, prepare an estimate, track before/after proof, and produce client-ready summary copy. Supported statuses: draft, ready_for_review, shared_pending, archived. Photo/video checklist and upload pending language are used until storage limits and admin access are production-ready. The form saves through /api/hermes/job-walk/save and does not trigger live sends, work orders, or payments.
