Managed field talent, not an open contractor pool

OttoServ is building a performance-qualified field network through the Local Pro Network and controlled Field Services review. Professionals are selected for the exact scope, not simply because they responded first.

Verified — identity, business information, service area, insurance, licensing where applicable, tools, transportation, and trade capabilities are reviewed.

Performance tracked — managed assignments can record responsiveness, punctuality, communication, workmanship, documentation, complaints, and preventable rework.

Scope qualified — approval is maintained by specific scope category rather than treating one strong rating as universal trade qualification.

Continuously managed — OttoServ can coach, pause, restrict, replace, or remove field professionals when credentials, capacity, quality, safety, or conduct no longer meet the assignment standard.

OttoServ Select

An earned, scope-specific pathway

  • Field Services Candidate — commercial interest and requested scopes are recorded for manual review
  • Provisionally Approved — credentials and capability are reviewed before controlled work
  • OttoServ Select — verified readiness and managed performance support scope-specific eligibility
  • Preferred Field Pro — sustained performance may support repeat placement or crew-lead consideration

AvailabilityCurrent-stage disclosure: every candidate, credential, scope approval, final assignment, and performance claim remains human-reviewed.
OttoServ Select is being established as a controlled operating program. Early candidates may qualify through outside commercial experience, references, credentials, portfolio review, and a controlled first assignment. OttoServ will not present application claims as verified performance or publish network statistics before the underlying evidence and sample size support them.

Professionals interested in the pathway apply through the Local Pro Network. GC and commercial requests still begin with project-specific review.

How project review works

The system handles the intake and coordination, while every commitment and crew assignment remains human-reviewed.

Send the scope, quantities, location, requested start date, and plans or RFP documents.

OttoServ reviews fit, credentials, access, schedule, crew capacity, exclusions, and pricing.

We confirm the final labor scope and price before any crew is scheduled.

The assigned team completes the approved scope and returns required closeout evidence.
