Subcontractors & field partners

Work with OttoServ on real, scoped projects.

OttoServ works with qualified subcontractors and technical field partners across physical project work. The relationship is built around project delivery—not selling you leads.

What the relationship should feel like

Clear work in. Professional work out.

01

Scope & project context

A defined work package, location, timing, known conditions, and the project information available for that assignment.

02

Clear expectations

Communication, documentation, schedule, change-request, and closeout expectations before the work moves.

03

One operating relationship

You are working on an OttoServ project—not buying a homeowner lead and then starting the sales process from scratch.

04

A track record

Completed assignments can build evidence around reliability, workmanship, documentation, communication, and closeout performance.

What a project handoff can look like

Enough context to price it, execute it, and prove it.

Scope

Defined flooring, paint, trim, finish corrections, or another authorized work package.

Job context

Location, access, timing, known conditions, photos, plans, and the questions still open.

Field evidence

The before, during, and completion documentation required for that assignment.

Change discipline

Anything outside the authorized scope gets raised before additional work proceeds.

Closeout

Punch status, completion evidence, open items, and payout readiness remain tied to the project.

How assignments move

One qualification profile. Then fit the right work to the right capability.

01

Get qualified

Provide business and contact details, trades or specialties, service area, capacity, insurance, licenses where applicable, tax information, and the evidence required for assignment readiness.

02

Review the project

When a project fits, review the authorized scope, location, timing, commercial terms, field conditions, and documentation expectations.

03

Raise questions before the field

Missing information, site conditions, material questions, licensing needs, or scope conflicts should be surfaced before they turn into unauthorized work.

04

Execute & document

Perform the agreed work and capture the evidence the project requires, including change requests before additional scope proceeds.

05

Close the assignment

Completion, punch status, open items, evidence, and payout readiness stay tied to the project record.

The OttoServ field standard

The relationship works when the field record is as professional as the field work.

A profile alone does not make a partner proven. Assignment readiness depends on the evidence and qualifications required for that project.

Professional communication
Workmanship appropriate to the authorized scope
Schedule commitments and early notice when conditions change
Before / during / after documentation when the project requires it
No unauthorized scope expansion
Applicable insurance, licenses, permits, and qualifications
Clear change requests before additional work proceeds
Professional customer and jobsite conduct

Regulated work requires the applicable license and responsibility.

For any assignment that legally requires a contractor, trade, professional, or specialty license, OttoServ must verify the appropriate licensed path before the work is assigned. A license is not treated as a marketing badge; it determines who can lawfully own and perform the regulated scope.

No pay-per-lead model

You are not paying OttoServ for a homeowner’s phone number.

OttoServ is building a project-delivery relationship. Qualified partners may be offered real project opportunities based on scope fit, geography, availability, compliance, performance history, and the needs of the customer or GC project.

Not every profile will fit every project, and onboarding does not guarantee assignment volume.
