For homeowners & property owners
Tell OttoServ what needs to happen. We help define the scope, coordinate the right fulfillment path, keep important changes visible, and carry the project through documented closeout.
Bring the project, not a perfect brief
OttoServ can help organize a range of interior, exterior, technical, and licensed-partner scopes based on the project and local capability.
How it works
01
Share the description, location, timing, photos, plans, dimensions, or documents you already have.
02
OttoServ organizes the scope, requirements, estimating inputs, assumptions, unanswered questions, and licensing needs.
03
The project is routed according to scope, geography, schedule, qualifications, availability, and applicable licensing requirements.
04
The work moves into the field with clearer expectations and important project changes kept visible.
05
Appropriate projects capture before, during, and completion evidence so the record stays connected to the work.
06
Completion, open items, approvals, billing, and follow-up become part of the closeout process.

Selected project experience
These before/after examples show residential project experience behind OttoServ. They do not define the full service mix, and they are shown as capability context rather than as a claim that every project pictured was contracted by OttoServ.
Before work starts
Scope
What OttoServ is being asked to handle.
Requirements
Measurements, photos, plans, access, materials, or other project inputs.
Fulfillment
Who or what type of qualified resource is appropriate for the authorized work.
Licensing
Whether a regulated trade partner, permit, inspection, or license-specific path is required.
Next step
What needs to happen before the work moves.
When something changes
Site conditions, scope, materials, price, and schedules can move. OttoServ’s operating approach is to keep meaningful changes tied to the project record instead of letting the job fragment into disconnected messages.
When a project includes a regulated scope OttoServ does not hold the required license for, the regulated work is performed by an appropriately licensed trade partner. The applicable licensed contractor remains responsible for that licensed scope, permitting, inspections, code compliance, and other license-specific obligations as required.
Questions homeowners usually have
No. Start with what you know. A description, photos, video, measurements, plans, or documents can all help. OttoServ can identify the unanswered questions before work is committed.
No. The customer is buying an organized project service. OttoServ may use qualified subcontractors and trade partners behind that service, but an introduction to a pro is not the end of the relationship.
Physical work changes. Material scope, price, schedule, site conditions, or requirements should be documented and reviewed instead of getting lost in disconnected calls and messages.
When a scope requires a license OttoServ does not hold, that regulated work is performed by an appropriately licensed trade partner who remains responsible for the licensed scope and related obligations as required.
Start where you are
Photos, plans, measurements, or a simple description are all valid starting points.
