Central air-conditioning installation, repair and alteration fall within licensed HVAC/mechanical contracting scopes in Florida. Work outside the HVAC contractor’s lawful scope—such as unrelated general electrical or plumbing work—must be assigned to the appropriately licensed trade.

Choose Repair when...
- the diagnosis identifies a limited repair

- comfort/efficiency problems remain even after routine maintenance and basic corrections
The part people miss
