Before payment demo

Before payment, a homeowner can freely decline or ask for another pro. The request returns to manual pro matching.

After payment/scheduled demo

After payment or scheduling, rematch is admin-reviewed. Funds stay unreleased while schedule, prep, travel, and materials impact are checked.

In progress demo

After work starts, there is no instant rematch. OttoServ opens issue/reassignment review and pauses release if needed.

Completed demo

After completion, the path is support, dispute, warranty, or review. It is not a simple rematch flow.
